8. What days and times can you be active on the server? Just about every single day aside from the times I go to my dads.
9. Do you have Discord and Microphone (Required)? I have both, yes.
--------------------Commander Questions--------------------
10.The position you are applying for: 104th Commander Wolffe.
11. Why do you want the position you are applying for?: The server needs Commanders currently, along with that they need active Commanders. And that is not the only reason as to why I want to receive the position, I also very much like Commander Wolffe. He is like the more badass version of a hybrid of Captain Rex and Commander Cody.
12. Outside of CWRP, have you had any leadership positions on other servers/games? If so, state what they are: I have only primarily been in leadership positions on Star Wars Servers. However, I did used to have Officer positions on Servers like Halo and Army roleplay.
13. In your own words, what makes a good commander?: I have always been very dedicated to my officer positions. Along with that I am very strategic and professional when I need to be. I have also always enjoyed Passive RP, meaning my role as a Commander will not just be out there during events. I will be persistent, consistent, and constant.
14. Why should we consider your application over other applications?: Well, there really are no other Applications for Wolffe at the moment. However, unlike most I have a switch. I can be mature and professional when needed, along with enthusiastic and goofy when wanted. I know when what is needed, along with that I would actually be strict with my battalion.. No bias.
15. How would you run the battalion you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here: 104th is a fairly advanced but regular Battalion. The 104th are normally tasked with recovery and relief missions, so I know what to train for. Along with that the Battalion specializes with a few vehicles, although that was fairly rare. I will create documents that will enforce specific policies within my Battalion that my troopers will need to understand. Such as being respectful to Officers, knowing basic and advanced combat strategies, and specializing in certain categories.
16. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for?: The 104th Wolfpack Battalion is a strong populated battalion that follows Jedi General Plo Koon and Commander Wolffe. They’re a specifically strategic battalion as their missions consist of rescue and relief operations. Their color code is of grey and white, along with that the Troopers are very close to their Jedi General. 17. How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10? (10 being the greatest.) 8, I have never had many complications that involve other Officers, higher ups, or Commanders.
--------------------Situation Questions--------------------
18. How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield?: Quite simple, at first it will be a warning telling them to back off. If they continue, they already had their chance. I would send the trooper back to base where after the mission I will give that specific trooper PT.
19. You are preparing an assault on a CIS Outpost, you have a 10 man squad consisting of 2 medics, 4 basic troops, 1 sniper, 2 Elite troopers, and yourself. How would you do it (If need be, make up the terrain for better understanding)?: At first this will be a stealth operation, there is no way possible we could break into a CIS outpost by attacking it headon. We will search for any openings in the base, of which our Sniper is likely able to find. Then once we make our way in we will split into two groups. These two groups will be offensive and defensive, the offensive will take out the HQ of the outpost while the other squadron defends.
-Offensive consists of: Me, 2 Basic Troopers, 1 Medic, and 1 elite. -Defensive consists of: 2 Basic Troopers, 1 Sniper, 1 Medic, and 1 elite. 20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down, and you see a few escape routes. What would you do, and why?(Assist/Abandon): Firstly, never leave fellow troopers behind. I would grab a squadron of men to go and quickly assist the Troopers. Then we would retreat into the nearest escape route.
--------------------Agreement--------------------
I, Miguel, agree to follow the server rules at all times, follow the ranking structure, to command my battalion to the best of my abilities, and take command of operations when needed. If I fail to follow these instructions, I will take full responsibility for my actions and accept my demotion with no further delay.
